The Grand Final takes place at 7 pm this evening and a Co Cavan school has been shortlisted.

A Co Monaghan sculptor has been commissioned to design the Junk Kouture awards.

Marc Kelly has sculpted the awards for Junk Kouture Designer of the Year, the regional winners, and the Teacher of the Year award.

Marc's work was featured in the final season of "Game of Thrones" and he's been invited back for the Game of Thrones prequel series.

Junk Kouture is a recycled fashion competition that challenges second-level students to create wearable fashion designs from junk materials.

The Grand Final takes place on RTÉ 2 at 7 pm this evening and Bailieborough Community School in Co Cavan has been shortlisted for its "Danū" design.
