Well-known Cootehill man Vincent Pilkington has died.
He held the world record for turkey plucking for the last 40 years.
He set it in 1980 with a time of one minute 30 seconds to pluck a single turkey.

He was challenged for the title by English man Paul Kelly in 2014 but held the record after beating his challenger by 33 seconds.
Vincent died yesterday in hospital in Dublin and he's survived by his wife Teresa, son Andrew, daughter Eileen and extended family.
His funeral will take place on Saturday in Cootehill.
