Her husband, Garda Adrian Martin, who died during a family holiday in 2011 when he fell from a cliff edge in Co Clare.

The headstone was erected in his honour during the week.

Adam died in July after getting into difficulty at Hollywood Lake.

He was travelling on the Carstown Road in Drogheda before 11pm.

A second patient was taken to hospital following the incident.
