Gardaí in Monaghan are reporting four vehicles were seized last week.
Monaghan Roads Policing unit in the Carrickmacross District seized four vehicles under Section 41 of the Road Traffic Act in a single day.
The cars were found to have no insurance and unaccompanied learner drivers.

One of the drivers was arrested on suspicion of intoxicated driving.
Gardai are reminding people to arrive alive, and never drink and drive.
