In Monaghan, Clones and Carrickmacross Family Resource Centres are receiving €20,000, while Teach na Daoine in Monaghan Town is receiving over €7,000.
In Cavan, the Family Resource Centre in Killeshandra is receiving €20,000, and Teach Oscailt is reciving almost €2,000.
Speaking to Northern Sound, Minister of Smyth outlined the important role played by Family Resource Centres.
Minister Smyth said: "The Family Resource Centres, if we could have one in every town it would be ideal. But to say that they go above and beyond, to reach out to families and to children who need support, and to work with families is incredible.
"I would like to see more of them around the county, and the country, I know that Cootehill is working tirelessly towards this, and hopefully in the not to distant future, we will have that.
"For the ones that we do have in Clones, Carrickmacross, Monaghan Town, Killeshandra, and Cavan Town it is great the work that they do, and it's great to see that work acknowledged," Minsiter Smyth added.
