Funeral arrangements announced for Monaghan road victim

Funeral Mass on Thursday morning at 11am at St.Patrick's Church, Corracrin.

The collision involved a van and a pedestrian.

Owen McKenna from Drumgeeny in Emyvale passed away from his injuries on Friday following being struck by a van on the N2.

Gardai have renewed their appeal into a fatal Collison that occurred last Wednesday in Emyvale in County Monaghan.

Gardaí have renewed their appeal for witnesses following a fatal road traffic collision that occurred on the N2 in Drumgeeny, Co. Monaghan on Wednesday evening last.

His funeral arrangements are as follows.

Owen McKenna (Hughie) passed away on Friday, 28th October, peacefully at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda, surrounded by his loving family.

Sadly missed by his loving wife Mary, his children Eamon, Sean, Martina, Eugene, Nigel & Carol, his brother Harry, grandchildren, extended family and wide circle of friends.
