The local Intreo service is to host a webinar for staff of BD Foods who are to be made redundant.
Henderson Foodservice, which bought BD Foods in 2018, announced 36 of its 48 staff in Glaslough are to lose their jobs at the end of next month as it consolidates its business in Northern Ireland.
The company has been called on to protect as many of the jobs as possible but just 12 staff members will continue to be based in Monaghan.
Local Minister Heather Humphreys says the Intreo service will hold the information session next Wednesday (June 10th), with MABS, CMETB and the Local Enterprise Office on hand to offer advice.
She says she remains in close contact with Government colleagues and is working with State agencies to minimise the impact for those losing their jobs.
