Gardaí in Monaghan are continuing to appeal for information following the death of a cyclist in her 70s over the weekend.
The collision involving a car took place at Tullyard close to Rossmore Golf Club at 1.20pm on Saturday afternoon. The woman was pronounced dead at the scene and her body was taken to Monaghan Hospital where a post mortem will take place.
