A local mother who lost her baby due to 'medical misadventure' says patients
must be listened to.

This was the message from Pamela Clarke whose daughter Willow was still-born
at Our Lady of Lourdes hospital on August 15th 2018.

Last month following an inquest a verdict of medical misadventure was
returned with Louth County Coroner Ronan Maguire saying the hospital
guidelines surrounding the care of pregnant women with gestational diabetes
were "ambiguous and confusing" and were not adhered to by staff.
