Work between Monaghan County Council and Largy College's Transition Year students to develop an anti-racism toolkit has commenced. The toolkit will be used to assist all schools to deliver intercultural awareness activities.
Local students went on a team-building day before Christmas, and met early in the New Year to agree the work packages and time frames which will be required in order to deliver the project. It is planned to have a draft toolkit ready to test by the end of April next month.
