Locals from the Northern Sound region have been given the opportunity to seek advice or sell any pieces of gold or silver that they may have lying around the house.
Shane Crossan of Crossan Jewellers based in Buncrana, Co Donegal will make his service available to locals this week.
With no appointment needed, Shane says the gold can be in any from gold teeth to gold coins, broken jewellery or jewellery that's been sitting idle for years as well as silver pieces.
Shane came up with the idea when customers called into his Co Donegal shop wanting to sell their old and broken jewellery.
He realised that there was a need from people who wanted to get rid of their gold or silver but just didn't know how to go about it.
Shane offers people advice on the worth of the jewellery, and can offer advice as to where people can go if their jewellery is too good for sale as opposed to scrap gold.
He says some people don't realise what they have so it's important to put them in the right direction.
Shane will be in Cootehill in the Errigal Country House Hotel, Tuesday, the Headfort Arms Hotel, Kells on Wednesday, Hotel Kilmore Cavan on Thursday, Iontas Centre in Castleblayney on Friday and the Hillgrove Hotel on Saturday.
All information clinics will run from 1pm until 6pm.
