The Luxembourg Ambassador to Ireland recently visited Co Monaghan. Curator of Monaghan County Museum, Liam Bradley hosted a visit from her Excellency, Florence Ensch, Ambassador of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg to Ireland.
The Ambassador enjoyed a tour of Monaghan County Museum's new home at the Peace Campus. Ambassador Ensch spoke also of the historic links between Luxembourg and Ireland and hoped to work with the museum in the years to come in researching and developing new historic links between both states.
