2 people have died following a house fire in Cavan.
Emergency services were called to the scene of the fire in Ballyjamesduff just before 2 o clock this morning.
A man in his 50's and a woman in her 80's were pronounced dead at the scene.

Their bodies have been removed to the mortuary at Cavan General Hospital for a post-mortem examination.
The scene remains sealed off pending a technical examination and the coroner has been notified.
Enquiries are ongoing.
