A man in his 30s has been arrested as part of an investigation into an alleged assault in Donegal has been charged. He's due before a special sitting of Ballyshannon District Court at four o'clock this afternoon.
The alleged assault took place in the Sliabh Liag/Killybegs area between the 24th and 25th of June. Gardaí recovered the body of a man in his 60s from the water off Sliabh Liag as part of inquiries earlier this month.
