Man killed in N3 collision named locally

A young man that was killed in a collision yesterday evening on the N3 at New Inns has been named locally.

26 year old Colm Tully died in the collision that involved a car and HGV, the Cootehill native was the sole occupant of the car in the crash.

Gardaí are appealing for any witnesses to this collision to come forward.

Any road users who may have camera footage (including dash-cam) and were travelling on the N3 at New Inns between 4:30pm and 5:15pm are asked to make this footage available to Gardaí.
