A Monaghan centre for adults with disabilities was found to be fully compliant or substantially compliant during a recent inspection.
Millbrook is a HSE run facility that provides 24 hour care and support to eight adults.
It was fully compliant in all but one area, being deemed "substantially compliant" in regards to risk management procedures during the short-notice announced inspection in July.

The inspector found that the" process required review" and were "not adequately documented".
This issue was very quickly amended, and overall, the inspectors said residents are "very happy living in this service" and the provider has ensured their needs are met.
