Monaghan County Council is in the process of taking stock about its response to Storm Éowyn.
And, when management establish what lessons need to be learned, what could've been done differently and what needs to be put in place for the next severe weather event, the Council will present a full report at its April meeting.
A spokesperson said "the Council is still dealing with the aftermath of storm Éowyn and they're carrying out a comprehensive review of preparations and responses so they can capture lessons learned and improve resilience against future severe events."
The review is going to gather feedback from the Council's own teams, councillors, ESB Networks, Uisce Éireann, HSE and other agencies.
A full report on the findings will be presented to April's monthly council meeting.
