Coláiste Oiriall took home the Climate Action Award for its "Tasc na Masc", which aims to reduce mask pollution.

Students from the school partnered with Moffett Engineering to create a dedicated bin for face masks that is equipped with a small blade.

The small blade cuts the mask strings, which prevents wildlife from choking on them.
