New weather warning issued for Co Cavan

The high temperature weather warning comes into effect at noon tomorrow and runs until 6am on Friday.

A new weather warning for high temperatures has been issued for  Co Cavan.

A Status Yellow high temperature alert is in place for Clare, Cork, Kerry, Limerick, Galway, and Mayo until 7am tomorrow.

Now, Met Éireann has issued a fresh warning for high temperatures for Carlow, Kildare, Kilkenny, Laois, Longford, Offaly, Westmeath, Cavan, and Donegal, as well as Munster and Connacht.

It comes into effect at noon tomorrow and runs until 6am on Friday, with maximum temperatures which could be in excess of 27 degrees, and overnight minimum temperatures in excess of 15 degrees.
