Truagh Development Association has lodged a planning application for the construction of an enterprise and community building in Knockconan.
The development will be located just off the L5210, between Ballyoisin Church and Errigal Truagh Special Needs.
The plans consist of a part single story, part two storey building comprising a commercial kitchen, teaching and conference spaces, office and hot desk accommodation.

An exhibition space, a shop, a multi-purpose hall and ancillary accommodation will also be included in the development.
Also included in the application is a proposed access road from the public road, entrance gates and piers, and car parking.
A decision is expected by the 20th of October.
