Planning lodged for new housing in Newbliss

Planning permission has been lodged for a new housing development in Co Monaghan. ADDA Build ltd have applied to Monaghan County Council for the construction
of seven new houses on the Scotshouse Road in Newbliss. These would consist of 3 two storey detached dwellings and 4 two storey semi-detached dwellings.

Also included in the application is vehicular access with communal parking, pedestrianised footpath and associated open space. County planners will decide on the issue towards the end of August.
