A local guidance counsellor is encouraging students to rest up ahead of exams tomorrow.
The state exams kick off tomorrow with English Paper One.
More than 66,000 will sit the exams over the coming weeks.

Gerry Reilly is a guidance counsellor in St Macartans College in Monaghan and PRO of the North East Branch of the Institute of Guidance Counsellors.
He says there are so many other routes into the field a student might want, and points don't define a person.
