A public consultation event on the future plans for Lough Muckno is set to take place next week.
Monaghan County Council is to present the Emerging Concepts for Lough Muckno, prepared by Cunnane Stratton Reynolds and their multi-disciplinary team.
Local councillor, Aidan Campbell is calling on everyone with an interest in the future of Lough Muckno to have their say.
The drop in event is being held on Thursday the 18th of June between 3pm and 8pm at the Gate lodge, Castleblayney.
Cllr Campbell says the feedback received will shape the future of this important local amenity.
