Cavan County Council has announced its plans to install traffic calming measures on Cavan Street in Cootehill Town. The proposed works on the L-6153 would include junction tightening and footpath improvement.
The junction earmarked for improvements is at the point where the L-6153 meets the R188. The local authority is inviting submissions regarding the proposal and may be made on or before 4pm on Thursday, the 2nd of November.
Drawings and particulars for the project are available to view online and also at the council's customer services desk at the Johnston Centre, or at the Bailieborough-Cootehill Municipal District Office.
