The sister of Craig Lynch hopes the new Shercock A.C performance facility in his name will inspire the next generation of athletes.
On Sunday the official opening of the Craig Lynch High Performance Centre took place, with Craig’s mother Ann Lynch cutting the ribbon.
The news that the challenge in his honour and to raise funds for the club will be taking place again this year and was launched yesterday too.

His sister Sharon Lynch says with Craig’s second anniversary approaching on the 8th of September its support from the community that gets them through this time of year.
She says he would be very proud of the centre that’s been developed:
