€317,000 is going to the C:Tek II Enterprise Hub in Carrickmacross.

Six rural regeneration projects across the Shannonside Northern Sound region are to benefit from a funding boost.

Minister for Rural and Community Development, Heather Humphreys says the extra money reflects the challenging time it is for getting construction work completed.

In April, 25 landmark projects were announced through €31 million of the Rural Regeneration and Development Fund.

€317,000 is going to the C:Tek II Enterprise Hub in Carrickmacross, with almost €301,000 in additional funds announced for the Newbliss Enterprise and Digital Hub.
