Tara Mines to reopen from next month - as workers voted to accept a deal brokered through the Workplace Relations Commission.
It's expected there will be a full reopening of the facility by the end of the year.
The mine's owner, Boliden, closed the facility last year, with the temporary loss of 650 jobs. Adrian Kane from SIPTU says it's the best deal they could have got:
