Cavan Calling has announced tickets for the Boomtown Rats concert will go on sale at 10am next Tuesday April 4th. A founding member of the band, Pete Briqette, is a native of Ballyjamesduff.
Tickets are free, but a one euro booking fee applies per ticket and they can be found via cavancalling.com The outdoor concert will act as the centrepiece around 'Cavan Day' which takes place on Saturday the 29th of July. The five day festival programme also includes a street carnival in Cavan town, food markets and a fireworks display.
