"Unprecedented" consultation taking place to define role of new €7 million innovation centre in Monaghan

BioConnect's Chief Exec says he wants to hear from as many people as possible.

BioConnect is launching an "unprecedented" consultation to define the role of its new €7 million research and innovation centre on the Armagh Road, in Knockaconny, Co Monaghan.

The BioConnect Innovation Centre will allow local food producers to problem solve, network and brainstorm in a non-competitive environment.

With construction set to get underway, BioConnect's Chief Exec, David Macauley, says it's "important to understand what services our members are looking for".

David wants feedback from a range of groups, from school-aged entrepreneurs to seasoned producers.

The consultation process can be accessed via the BioConnect Ireland website.

BioConnect's Chief Exec says the "building is for everyone" and he wants to "connect with as many people as possible" through the consultation:
