Warning over potential winter power outages unless there is 'behavioural change'

There is particular concern about household demand between 5pm and 7pm each day.

Peak time electricity demand needs to be eased or else there could be power outages in the winter.

That's according to the Commission for the Regulation of Utilities, which has called on people to take on a 'behavioural change.'
