The HSE confirmed that dermatology services will be transferred; from Monaghan Hospital to Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Drogheda.
The HSE says that consolidating dermatology services on a single site supports a more streamlined and efficient model of care.
Despite this, Deputy Bennett believes the people of Co Monaghan are as entitled to health services within their own community the same as anyone else in the State.
Deputy Bennett described the transfer of services away from Monaghan as "simply not good enough."
The local TD also highlighted her concerns over farming families and the Mercoser agreement.
