Sinn Féin' Matt Cathy says his party has not ruled out the prospect of adding a third candidate to its general election team in the Cavan/Monaghan constituency,
Local TDs Matt Carthy and Pauline Tully selected to retain their seats in the 34th Dáil. The selection took place at the convention held in the Errigal Hotel in Cootehill this week.
Mr Carthy proposed by Cllr Cathy Bennett and seconded by Cllr Noel Keelan.
