Niall Clerkin will represent Cavan at the 19th Annual Mr Personality Festival.
This year's festival will take place at the Langton's Hotel in Kilkenny during the 10th and 12th of April.
27 year old Niall is an active member of Maudabawn Macra. Niall's guilty pleasure is a Sunday night Chinese and spending summer days pushing grass up into a silage pit.

Speaking to Northern Sound ahead of the event, Niall says he is "looking forward" to the event and it's a first for the local man.
He joined Ronan Gargan on the Wider View today ahead of the event.
