Recreation of missionary route of St Columbanus in Co Monaghan. People will come together in Co Monaghan this Sunday. This is to recreate the missionary route of St Columbanus as he followed the pilgrim path to the ancient monastic site at Bangor, Co Down.
The 11KM pilgrim walk will kick off at 2pm this Sunday from the St Joseph Pastoral Centre in Monahan Town. Indeed, it will finish at the church of Ireland hall, Glaslough; via Ballyalbany Presbyterian church.
Furthermore, proceeds from the event will go towards Monaghan SOSAD branch.
