Listen Back: 'Social Scene' event to help singletons find love. If you are single and looking to find love with that someone special this festive season; locals have been encouraged to join the social scene's mistle toe and mingle event.
Furthermore, the event will take place today, December 5th at Ray's Garden Centre, Monaghan Road, Castleblayney from 6pm to 8pm.
The Social Scene was started by local ladies Aine Donaghy and Louise Smyth.
The aim of The Social Scene is to provide opportunities for people to rediscover the beauty of an in person connection, away from the dating apps.
Aine says there's been a very positive response to this event and only a small number of tickets are available.
She acknowledged that while it can be daunting for people to step out of their comfort zone, this is event is about connecting with people without any pressure.
