West Cavan business goes from strength to strength. 'Created in Cavan' is a collaborative food, drink and hospitality community supporting over 70 local businesses. Moreover, proudly producing top-quality food, drink, and hospitality experiences in County Cavan.
Furthermore, this initiative promotes the best of what Cavan has to offer. Including authentic, high-quality food and memorable visitor experiences that reflects the unique character and culture of County Cavan.
It does so under the guidance of the Cavan Food Network and supported by Cavan County Council, Local Enterprise Office Cavan and the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine.
Network members have taken over 20 awards between Blás na nEireann and the Irish Restaurant Awards.
For producers, such as Richard Francis of Mushrooms & Love based in Ardlougher, the benefits of being involved has been huge for business.
