On Sunday, the Monaghan senior championship will be decided in St. Tiernachs Park, Clones.
The defending champions Scotstown go up against Inniskeen at 2:30pm.
It is a 13th consecutive final for Scotstown having lifted the Mick Duffy cup nine times in the last 12 years.
Manager David McCague acknowledge the quality of the panel that continues to bring success.
Inniskeen’s last success at senior level came in 1948. Whereas, they did contested the decider in 2023 losing by 17 points to 14 to Scotstown.
Captain Michael Monaghan remarked that as a panel they have learned from that final two-years ago.
The division one minor final between Corduff and Clontibret will be the curtain raiser in Clones, throws in at 12:30.
