Shane Mc Guirk claimed the win on Week 4 of the Modus Super Series 11 to ensure his place in the champions week. Having lost his opening round group game to Scott Campbell the Monaghan man got back on track with a win over David Sharp to set up a semi final against Jamai Van Den Herik which he comfortably won to set up a meeting against Kurt Parry in the final. The "Arrow" found his form in the decider as his 103.9 average was to much for the Welshman as the WDF champion ran out a 4-1 winner. Speaking on the Modus Supers Series Social media channel after the win, Shane remarked that winning the world title at Christmas had given him and his game an added confidence
