A planning application has been lodged for a proposed development of 49 dwelling in Co Monaghan.
Moffett Investment Holding has submitted the application to Monaghan County Council.
It is seeking permission for the construction of 49 dwellings at Station View, Kilnacloy, Monaghan.
This would consist of three two-storey 4-bed detached, three two and a half storey 5 bed detached, 16 two-storey 4-bed semi detached, 20 two-storey 3-bed semi detached, two single-storey 2-bed semi detached, and two one & a half-storey 3-bed semi-detached.
The proposed works also include a the extension of the existing residential development comprising an internal road network, new pedestrian footpaths, connections to mains services including potable water, foul sewer and storm-water drainage.
It also includes a new playground, associated open space, landscaping & boundary treatments together with all associated site works.
The decision on the application is due at the end of August.
