Angela Gaffney passed away on Friday January 26th peacefully surrounded by her loving family.
Former chairperson of Cavan Urban District Council.
Predeceased by her husband Breen, mother Peggy, father Bill and her brother Pa.
Sadly missed by her loving son Brian, daughter Regina, Angela’s partner Michael, her son-in-law Dermot Smith, daughter-in-law Mary, her adored grandchildren Sean, Brien, Darragh, Ellie and Erin, brothers Brian and Liam, sisters Kathleen, Rosemary, Marian, Geraldine, Lucilla and Edel, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and many friends.
Reposing at the oratory of Castlemanor Nursing Home on Sunday from 2.30 pm until 5pm, with removal to Lakelands Crematorium, Dublin Road Cavan for private family cremation
The family would like to thank the wonderful staff of both Castlemanor Nursing Home and Surgical 1 Cavan General Hospital for the care and attention Angela received.
