Hugh Gallagher passed away on Tuesday, February 6th, peacefully at Cavan General Hospital, in his 91st year.
Predeceased by his beloved wife Kathleen, sisters; Gretta, Eleanor and Theresa and his brother Eddie.
Sadly missed by his daughters Eleanor (Gerald Mullen), Marie, Christina (Francis McCormack), his sons Anthony (Rosemarie), Hugh (Archley Prudent), Noel (Carolyne) and Thomas (Laura), grandchildren Martin, Helena, Thomas, Susan, Sarah, Áine, Pauric, Zoe, Téagan and Mia, great grandchildren, sisters Dolores (McKenna), Maureen, Rose and Josie, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
May he rest in peace.
Reposing at the residence of his son Anthony (H18RT44) on Wednesday (07/02/2024) from 2 p.m. until 9 p.m. and on Thursday (08/02/2024) from 2 p.m. until 9 p.m.
House private at all other times please.
Removal on Friday (09/02/2024) at 10.15 a.m., arriving at St. Mary's Church, Glennan for funeral Mass at 11 a.m.
Burial afterwards in Drumbanagher Cemetery.
