An investigation has been launched by a specialist team into the cause of yesterday's crash in Tyrone.
A woman and four children were also injured in the head on collision between Cookstown and Dungannon yesterday afternoon.
Police say the drivers of the two vehicles, a man in his 20s and a woman in her 80s were killed instantly.

A woman in her 50s who was a passenger in one of the vehicles was later pronounced dead in hospital.
A large section of Dungannon Road has been closed and the PSNI said it is likely to remain closed for some time.
