More than 60 people are being treated for Covid-19 in hospitals across the Northern Sound region, ten of whom are in critical care units.
According to the most recent statistics, 41 people are being treated in Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital Drogheda, with eight people in Critical Care Units.
Meanwhile, 21 people are receiving treatment for covid-19 in Cavan General Hospital, two of whom are in the Critical Care Unit.

Nationwide, 765 people are hospitalised with the virus according to the latest figures, with 151 people being treated in Critical Care Units.
