A Monaghan teenager says England showed real resilience after a 3-2 win over Mexico sent them into the World Cup quarter-finals.
Liverpool superfan, Daire Gorman was speaking after watching the late night match, which he stayed up to see in full.
He described the game as very end-to-end football, saying Mexico created plenty of chances but England managed to hold on even after a player was sent off.

He praised Jude Bellingham's standout performance, noting he did very well, and earned man of the match.
