A Cavan councillor says he's "over the moon" with funding that has been announced for the region under the 2021 CLÁR programme.
Shane P O'Reilly says the €50,000 funding for St Killian's Heritage Trust in Mullagh will "be a major benefit to the entire area".
Co Monaghan has also benefitted from funding of close to €80,000, which will be shared between the Ballybay Allotments and Community Garden and Newbliss Childcare Services.
