The former Cavan Monaghan TD says the "tank is full again".

The former Minister said she has "never felt as good" about taking on a challenge.

It comes as Ms Humphreys is giving the prospect of running serious consideration.

She says consideration is being given to launching a campaign.

It follows Mairead McGuinness’s withdrawal from the race on health grounds.

Heather Humphreys has yet to indicate either way if she will run or not in the election.
